Objavljene ovogodišnje nominacije za najprestižniju filmsku nagradu Oscar

Nominacije za 94. dodjelu Oscara objavljene su i uključuju filmove u širokom rasponu žanrova.

“The Power of the Dog” vodi među nominiranim filmovima s 12 pohvala. Redateljica ove drame, Jane Campion, ušla je u povijest postavši prva žena koja je više puta nominirana za najbolju režiju. Iza ovog filma stoji “Dune” koji ima već 10 pohvala. Novi rekord postavio je i Steven Spielberg. Kao producent filma “West Side Story”, koji je zaradio ukupno sedam nominacija, Spielberg je sada producirao 11 filmova nominiranih za najbolji film, što je novi rekord za Oscara.

Denzel Washington produžio je rekord koji već drži kao najnominiraniji crni glumac, zaradivši svoju desetu nominaciju za Oscara za svoju ulogu u “The Tragedy of Macbeth”.
